Sharesies is New Zealand's largest retail investment platform, used by 11% of the Kiwi population. From January 2022 to February 2023, I was part of the in-house brand team at Sharesies.
During this time, I worked on a variety of projects across marketing, product, and brand, including collaborating on the design of the KiwiSaver product, OOH marketing campaigns and the ShareClub Australia redesign.
As a lead designer on the project, I played a key role in the redesign and overhaul of the email design system and lifecycle journeys, collaborating closely with the team to develop a more user-friendly and engaging design that ultimately contributed to a significant improvement in customer satisfaction and engagement rates.
